: A.PERSYARATAN PESERTA / APPLICANT REQUIREMENT
1.Peserta merupakan manufaktur Crane yang mempunyai surat ijin yang relevan dari negaranya atau sebagai pemegang merk crane (principal).
The Applicant is a Crane Manufacturer who has the relevan permission document from their country or as the principal.
2.Mempunyai perwakilan agen/distributor yang dibuktikan dengan Surat Penunjukan Agen/Distributor yang berstatus Badan Hukum Indonesia (BHI)
The Participants has a representative agent / distributor showed by the Agency/Appointment Letter of Distributorship with Indonesian Legal Entity status.
3.Mempunyai pengalaman dalam kurun waktu 10 (sepuluh) tahun terakhir (dalam 1 kontrak) melaksanakan pekerjaan pengadaan / pembangunan Container Crane dengan nilai kontrak minimal Rp. 367 Milyar.
The Applicant has Experience during last ten years (within one contract) for the procurement / construction of a container crane with the contract value of at least equivalent to Rp. 367 Billion.
B.PERSYARATAN PADA SAAT PENDAFTARAN / THE REQUIREMENT FOR REGRISTRATION Pendaftaran dilakukan melalui online dan detail persyaratan dapat dilihat pada website https://eproc.pelindo.co.id.
Registration of tender will be conducted by online and detailed requirements can be viewed on the website https://eproc.pelindo.co.id.
Pada saat pendaftaran harus meng-unggah (upload pdf format) berikut
At the time of registration, participants must upload pdf format as follows:
1.Akte pendirian perusahaan termasuk perubahannya. | Deed of Establishment or relevant including its amendments;
2.Surat Ijin Perusahaan | Business License;
3.Surat Penunjukan Keagenan/Distributor; dan | Agency/Appointment Letter of Distributorship; and
4.Bukti pengalaman / kontrak pengadaan CC sesuai yang dipersyaratkan dilengkapi dengan berita acara serah terima pekerjaan. | Evidence of procurement experience of CC as required completed with certificate of handover (PHO / FHO).
